Support Arbor Therapy's multidisciplinary pediatric therapy team in Mesa as a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist supporting children and families in our outpatient clinic.

Our team believes in a collaborative, strengths-based approach, working closely with families and other therapy professionals to create individualized care plans that support each child's growth and independence.

This PRN role offers flexible, as-needed scheduling and the opportunity to support our Mesa clinic team while delivering high-quality pediatric therapy services.
Role Overview

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and feeding disorders in a pediatric outpatient setting

Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans

Monitor client progress and adjust therapy strategies to support optimal outcomes

Educate and collaborate with parents and caregivers to support skill development outside of therapy sessions

Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational and physical therapists

Complete timely and accurate documentation of therapy services

Provide mentorship or supervision for students or assistants, as needed
Requirements

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Active Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist license through the Arizona Department of Health Services

Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card

Experience or interest in early intervention and developmental disabilities

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset

Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning
Preferred (but not required):

Experience or interest in feeding therapy

Experience with AAC (Augmentative & Alternative Communication)

Bilingual skills
Working Environment
This role may require standing, kneeling, lifting, and participating in floor-based therapy activities. Therapists work closely with pediatric clients who may have developmental, behavioral, sensory, or physical diagnoses, requiring patience, adaptability, and a supportive therapeutic approach.
