We are seeking an experienced Supervisor, Fulfillment Operations to lead a team of Pharmacy Technicians in a fast paced pharmacy fulfillment environment located in Mesa, AZ. This role oversees daily operations, supports automation and workflow processes, and drives continuous improvement to ensure productivity, quality, and compliance.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 6:00 AM-3:30 PM; Fridays 8:00 AM-12:00 PM

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team supporting pharmacy fulfillment and inventory operations
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management
  • Drive operational efficiency, process improvements, and layout optimization
  • Ensure compliance with pharmacy, safety, warehousing, and shipping regulations
  • Partner with leadership on reporting, metrics, and improvement initiatives
  • Support automation and equipment training as required

Required Qualifications:

  • Willingness to obtain or maintain AZ Pharmacy Technician licensure
  • 1+ years of supervisory experience in fulfillment, manufacturing, or production
  • Ability to work in a production environment with physical requirements
  • Flexibility for occasional overtime/weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Pharmacy or healthcare regulatory experience
  • Supervisory experience in a pharmacy production setting
  • Proven solid communication, organization, and teamwork skills
  • Experience leading teams, managing performance, and driving change

 

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $60,200 to $107,400 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
