Position Summary

We are seeking a QA Supervisor to support and coordinate quality assurance and quality system activities at our Mesa site. This role focuses on maintaining compliance with ISO, IATF, customer, and internal requirements while supporting audits, documentation, training, and continuous improvement efforts.

The QA Supervisor works closely with the Quality Manager and cross‑functional teams and serves as a key point of support for quality system processes and day‑to‑day QA activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and coordinate Quality Management System (QMS) and Integrated Management System (IMS) activities
  • Assist with preparation and support of internal, external, and customer audits
  • Track and follow up on audit findings, corrective actions, and quality system metrics
  • Coordinate document control activities, including procedure updates, reviews, and records retention
  • Support and help coordinate quality‑related training, including tracking and documentation
  • Serve as a resource for employees regarding quality requirements, procedures, and expectations
  • Assist with inspection, testing, and quality documentation activities as needed
  • Participate in cross‑functional quality and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support investigation and follow‑up of customer quality issues or concerns
  • Communicate quality system updates and requirements across departments

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a quality, manufacturing, or quality systems role

Skills & Knowledge

  • Working knowledge of ISO and IATF quality system requirements
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Ability to read, interpret, and apply procedures, standards, and customer requirements
  • Ability to write and update procedures, work instructions, and reports
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems
