Role Description


We are looking for a Sales Administrative Assistant to join our team in Mesa, AZ. This full-time on-site position will provide essential administrative support to our sales team. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and customer service skills.


Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team
  • Assist with customer service inquiries
  • Manage communication with customers and vendors
  • Perform various sales-related tasks
  • Accurately enter and maintain data in our systems
  • Assist with sales reporting and analysis

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
  • Experience in a sales support role is a plus
  • 1+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office (including Excel)

Compensation and Benefits
