Pay Range: $17.00 - $19.50 (Overnight differentials, flexible schedule)

On-site Security is seeking to employ a Security Guard position at Mint Cannabis

On-site Security is a professional management services provider currently hiring unique talent for an Arizona Licensed Non-Profit Dispensary that specializes in serving the Medical Cannabis community. Superior caliber patient service is a priority Brightroot standard, and providing patients with safe access to clean, high-quality products is of top company concern. The work environment is fast-paced and non-traditional.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter suspicious activity and maintain visibility
   
• Monitor and control access to the facility, including ID verification and secure entry
   
• Respond quickly and appropriately to alarms, incidents, or emergencies
   
• Provide helpful, professional customer service to guests, patients, and employees
   
• Enforce company policies with consistency, respect, and professionalism
   
• Maintain accurate reports, logs, and incident documentation
   
• Assist with line control, crowd management, and daily security operations

What You’ll Bring

• 1+ year of professional security experience preferred
   
• Strong observational skills and decision-making under pressure
   
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities
   
• A calm, respectful, and consistent approach to policy enforcement
   
• Must be at least 21 years of age
