Our ideal candidate has:

Great customer service skills
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both written and verbally
3+ years HVAC Residential Service experience
EPA Certification
Clean driving record
Professional appearance
Capable of heavy lifting (80+ lbs)
Able to work in confined spaces and climb ladders
Able to tolerate extreme heat
Schedule flexibility
Good understanding of air flow and duct modification (preferred)
Some light commercial experience (preferred)
Must provide own hand tools
