Job DetailsJob Location: Leisure World Community Association - Mesa, AZ 85206Position Type: Part TimeThe Gate Guard will undertake the entry of our community and the protection of our residents, staff, and visitors. In addition, they will be responsible for detecting any suspicious happenings and preventing vandalism, thefts, or any other criminal behavior. Monitor property entrance. Authorize entrance of people and vehicles. Report any suspicious behaviors and happenings. Monitor surveillance cameras. Provide assistance to people in need. Answer incoming calls and route where appropriate. Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and suspicious activity. Remains competent and current by reading professional journals and literature, developing professional contacts with colleagues, attending professional development courses, and attending training and/or courses as appropriate. Contributes to the overall success of the Company by performing other essential duties and responsibilities as assigned, maintaining a professional demeanor and appropriate levels of confidentiality, and providing excellent customer service. Reliable and consistent attendance and punctuality. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. 1-year relevant experience. Schedule Monday Sunday operation Day Shift is 5:45 am 1:45 pm Swing Shift is 1:45 pm 9:45 pm Night Shift is 9:45 pm 5:45 am Benefits Retirement Plan with company match. Use of on-site fitness center.
