Our associates don’t just sell pet products—they educate pet parents, support wellness, and build lasting customer relationships. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic retail environment and is open to flexible scheduling, including weekends, evenings, and coverage across both store locations when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn about dog and cat nutrition and share your knowledge with customers
   
• Assist clients in-store, over the phone, and through online messaging
   
• Accurately process sales transactions and handle cash/credit payments
   
• Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked
   
• Deliver outstanding customer service with every interaction
   
• Receive and stock inventory in both the store and warehouse areas
   
• Attend trainings with vendor reps and management to stay current on products

Requirements:

• Must be flexible with scheduling, including evenings and weekends
   
• Must have a valid driver’s license
   
• Willingness to work at both Gilbert and Mesa locations as needed
   
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
   
• Ability to lift 30+ lbs and stand for extended periods

Requirements

 Requirements:

• Must be flexible with scheduling, including evenings and weekends 
• High School Diploma/GED
• Be at least 18 years of age 
• Must have a valid driver’s license  
• Pass background checks following local laws and regulations
• Willingness to work at both Gilbert and Mesa locations as needed  
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude  
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
• One year of customer service experience
• Previous experience in premium pet retail preferred but not required
