Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Maintenance Technician in the industrial food industry. This position involves moving between different buildings either by walking or driving. No prior professional experience is required; we welcome candidates with a strong desire to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and assist with various maintenance tasks including electrical, mechanical, building repairs, plumbing, equipment servicing, and general upkeep.
• Gain experience with forklift operations (experience a plus, but not required).
• Provide excellent customer service and uphold high standards of quality and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Basic proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Comfortable using a variety of hand tools and equipment.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
• Capable of performing physical tasks and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Strong customer service orientation with a positive and enthusiastic demeanor.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.

Requirements:

• Valid AZ driver's license with a clean driving record.
