About the Role:
The Director of Sales Support plays a critical leadership role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales organization by overseeing all sales support functions. This position is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance sales processes, improve customer satisfaction, and enable the sales team to achieve revenue targets. The Director will lead a team that manages sales operations, analytics, training, and customer service support, ensuring seamless coordination across departments. Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, or a related function with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
