As a customer-facing, sales-driven role, our Service Advisors build trust with guests, confidently recommend maintenance and repair services, provide transparent pricing, and partner closely with Technicians to deliver an exceptional service experience-while maximizing their earning potential.

Employee Qualification Requirements

  • Flexible availability to maximize commissions
  • Proven sales experience (automotive preferred)
  • Tech‑savvy and efficient with customers

  • Strong communicator who drives revenue

Role Responsibilities

  • Sell & Close: Present service recommendations and pricing that build trust and drive revenue
  • Earn More: Accurately manage repair orders, paperwork, and warranties to support strong commissions
  • Upsell Smart: Recommend additional maintenance to increase repair orders and earnings
  • Manage Flow: Schedule appointments and create accurate repair orders and estimates
  • Support Customers: Coordinate loaners and transportation to protect CSI and repeat business
