Position Overview

This role is responsible for managing marketing systems, campaign execution, CRM organization, reporting, content deployment, and workflow automation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, has excellent time management skills, is system-oriented, and experienced in turning marketing strategy into executable programs across email, web, CRM, and sales enablement channels.

This role works closely with the Revenue Marketing Manager and Creative team to ensure campaigns are launched efficiently, assets are properly deployed, and performance data remains accurate and actionable.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Deployment

· Build and launch email marketing campaigns in HubSpot

· Execute nurture workflows, lead routing, and lifecycle campaigns

· Manage list segmentation, audience imports, and campaign scheduling

· Coordinate campaign deployment timelines and execution schedules

Marketing Systems & CRM Management

· Maintain HubSpot CRM organization, contact hygiene, and list integrity

· Support lead management workflows and data quality initiatives

· Audit and maintain marketing automation workflows

· Assist in managing integrations between marketing platforms and internal systems

Reporting & Performance Visibility

· Track campaign metrics including email, lead conversion, and content performance

· Support SQL, MQL, and lead attribution reporting; maintain dashboards for sales and leadership visibility

· Assist with reporting preparation for executive presentations and business reviews

Content Operations & Publishing

· Publish blogs, case studies, landing pages, and gated content

· Maintain content calendars and deployment schedules

· Support content distribution across email, website, and social platforms

· Work with team to maintain content archives and asset libraries

Sales Enablement Support

· Support sequence deployment and asset organization for business development teams.

· Maintain version control and access to customer-facing sales materials

Event & Campaign Support

· Support trade show campaign execution including pre-event, onsite, and post-event marketing workflows

· Assist with registration systems, lead uploads, and post-event reporting


Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred

· 3–6 years of experience in marketing operations, CRM management, email marketing, or campaign execution

· Experience working in supply chain marketing preferred

· Experience supporting revenue-generating marketing functions strongly preferred


Technical Skills

Required

· HubSpot (or equivalent CRM/marketing automation platform)

· Marketing workflow automation

· Microsoft Suite

· Google Analytics and reporting systems

· LinkedIn Campaign Manager

· Project management systems (Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp)

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision


Core Competencies

· Strong attention to detail; process-oriented and highly organized

· Strong analytical and reporting capabilities

· Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously

· Strong understanding of marketing workflows

· Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and internal teams


Travel Requirements

· Occasional travel for events and team collaboration; estimated travel less than 15%

· Accurate and timely execution of marketing campaigns

· Strong CRM hygiene and workflow consistency

· Reliable reporting visibility across campaigns and sales activity

· Improved speed and efficiency of campaign deployment

· Accurate lead tracking and lifecycle management

· Effective support of sales enablement and revenue marketing initiatives
