Responsibilities Include:

Post and check technicians labor listed on jobs to service trade from time sheets
Processes technician time sheet and time off request each day.
Verify time postings against the fleet tracker for accuracy of hours posted on time sheets
Maintain technicians time spread sheet showing historical hours worked per week.
Researches any and all inquiries into hours not paid correctly from the technicians.
Report the hours each week timely to the controller for completion of payroll
May cross train with other positions in accounting department.
Performs other incidental and related duties as required.

Basic Qualifications:

Previous payroll experience strongly preferred
You are experienced with Microsoft Office, specifically working with Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Self-starter and able to follow through on assignments.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screen.
