What You’ll Do

  • Assist with planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities based on RC3, including curriculum support and basic child assessment tasks.
  • Learn classroom routines, support multiple rooms as needed, and help maintain organized, engaging learning centers.
  • Provide full classroom coverage in the teacher’s absence while maintaining a safe, welcoming, and well‑managed environment.
  • Build positive relationships with children and families and collaborate effectively with teaching staff.
  • Learn required data systems (training provided) and assist with entry processes, classroom setup, supplies, and related duties.

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent; at least 6 months of experience working with young children.
