We are looking for professional, service orientated Cashiers As a Cashier at Zuppardo's Family Market you will manage all transactions with customers accurately and efficiently. Cashier responsibilities include receiving payments, issuing receipts, and keeping track of all cash and credit transactions. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a customer service position and good knowledge of how cash registers operate. Ultimately, you’ll ensure all transactions run smoothly and will help us maximize customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Hold or obtain a Louisiana Responsible Vendor Permit Stable employment history, dependable and reliable Experience using POS Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets Greet, assist, and thank customers in a prompt, courteous and friendly manner Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas Work Environment: Continual interaction with customers and co-workers in a fast-paced environment We take pride in our exceptional customer service and it’s up to each of our team members to create the friendly atmosphere that our customers expect and enjoy.
