Duties
- Phone reach out sales and counter sales. Cell phone or electronics sales experience encouraged to apply. We will train the right personality.
- Sales of routine maintenance services, including tire repairs-replacement, rotations and air filter replacements.
- Conduct follow up calls as needed,
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their vehicle needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Assist in sales of additional services or products related to vehicle maintenance.
- Stay updated on automotive service industry trends.
Requirements
- Strong POS-Cashier skills.
- Proficiency with multi-line phone systems.
- Previous experience in high volume counter sales environments.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Willing to be trained in basic understanding of automotive diagnostics and vehicle maintenance practices for sales purposes.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A commitment to safety protocols and procedures within the workplace.
- Valid Driver's License and will to move vehicles inside and outside of the shop.
