The Aviary On West Napoleon apartments in Metairie is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team. Every day is different—from welcoming future residents to coordinating move-ins and creating an exceptional living experience for our community. What You'll Do Help future residents fall in love with their new home by providing engaging tours of our beautiful apartment community. Keep our apartment make-ready process running smoothly by coordinating with our maintenance team and vendors to ensure apartment homes are move-in ready and on schedule. Be the friendly voice and face of our community by responding to phone, email, and in-person inquiries. Guide new residents through the leasing journey—from application to move-in day. Build lasting relationships with residents and help create a community they're proud to call home. Assist with marketing initiatives, resident events, and community outreach. Maintain accurate records while ensuring compliance with company policies and Fair Housing regulations. QualificationsWhat We're Looking For A background in sales, customer service, or hospitality (property management experience is a plus!) Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities Excellent communication and people skills Experience with property management software (AppFolio is a bonus, but we're happy to train the right person!)
