About the Role:
As a Dealership Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles in a timely and efficient manner. You will work closely with our team of mechanics to ensure that all repairs are completed to the highest standards. Your main goal will be to provide exceptional service to our customers and ensure their satisfaction with our dealership.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a formal automotive training program
- At least 2 years of experience as an automotive technician
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Preferred Qualifications:
- ASE certification
- Experience working with hybrid and electric vehicles
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
- Performing routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues
- Communicating with customers to explain repairs and recommendations
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and techniques
