What You'll Be Doing Welcome prospective residents with warmth and enthusiasm while providing memorable tours of our apartment homes and community amenities. Turn inquiries into leases by responding to phone, email, and walk-in visitors with outstanding customer service. Guide future residents through every step of the leasing process—from application to move-in day. Build lasting relationships with current residents and help create a vibrant, welcoming community they'll love to call home. Assist with marketing efforts, resident events, and community outreach to keep our property thriving. Maintain accurate leasing records while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing guidelines and company policies. QualificationsWhat Makes You a Great Fit Experience in leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service is preferred. A people-first attitude with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, organized, and driven to meet goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Available Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays as community needs require. Experience with AppFolio or other property management software is a plus—but if you're eager to learn, we'll provide the training you need.
