Sales Development Representative

Metairie, LA | Full-Time | Immediate Start

Brand Fusion is expanding its Metairie team and hiring Sales Development Representatives to connect nationally recognized brands with new customers through face-to-face campaigns. You'll be the first point of contact between our clients and prospective customers at promotional events, so this role suits someone who's confident starting conversations and enjoys a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

What You'll Do

Engage directly with potential customers through face-to-face campaigns
Introduce customers to products, services, and promotional offers
Identify customer needs and recommend the right solution
Generate leads and acquire new customers for client brands
Build lasting customer relationships through strong communication
Work toward individual and team acquisition goals
Represent client brands with professionalism and enthusiasm
Take part in ongoing sales and product training

What We're Looking For

Excellent communication and people skills
Confidence in face-to-face conversations
A goal-oriented, self-motivated approach
Strong relationship-building ability
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Adaptable in a fast-paced setting

Experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, events, promotions, or fundraising is a plus, but not required. Full training is provided.

Pay & Benefits

Weekly earnings, $800–$1,105 per week (base pay plus commission and performance bonuses)
