Description

Position Overview 

The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for accurately and efficiently picking, verifying, and packing customer orders. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment while handling multiple orders at once. 

The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating the warehouse with pick racks, can maintain accuracy while working at a steady pace, and communicates clearly with leadership when inventory or order issues arise. 


Key Responsibilities 

  • Efficiently navigate the warehouse with pick racks to locate and collect inventory for multiple orders simultaneously. 
  • Accurately pick and verify products and quantities to ensure each order is complete and correct. 
  • Maintain organization of multiple orders throughout the picking and packing process to prevent errors or misplacements. 
  • Carefully verify inventory and order details before packing. 
  • Pack orders efficiently and safely while ensuring products are properly protected and prepared for shipment. 
  • Identify and promptly report inventory discrepancies, missing or damaged product, and other issues to leadership. 
  • Communicate clearly with leadership regarding order issues, inventory concerns, and changing priorities. 
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following warehouse procedures and safety standards. 
  • Assist with other fulfillment and warehouse responsibilities as needed. 

Requirements

 Qualifications & Skills 

  • Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or order-picking experience preferred. 
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. 
  • Ability to follow established company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for safety, quality and productivity. 
  • Ability to efficiently manage multiple orders at the same time without sacrificing accuracy. 
  • Comfortable working on foot and navigating a warehouse while handling pick racks. 
  • Strong organizational and communication skills. 
  • Ability to identify problems and communicate issues clearly and promptly. 
  • Ability to work independently and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Reliable, dependable, and accountable for the quality of their work. 
  • Ability to safely lift, move, and pack boxes and inventory as required. 

REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Degree, GED, or equivalent certification
  • 1 years of warehouse experience or fulfillment
  • Ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day
  • Consistent regular attendance is considered an essential function of this job
