Anesthesiologist opening with Mount Sinai Hospital, a designated level 1 trauma center serving a diverse patient population and diverse case mix on the west side of Chicago. The main campus of this major city hospital is situated next to Douglass Park. Serving a diverse population, the 319-bed facility functions at a swift pace, with a talented and supportive team of surgeons and staff members. Mount Sinai Hospital offers a fast-paced environment with outstanding surgeons and support staff.

Total Rewards
Salary: $510K
Sign-on bonus: $50K paid in first payroll

Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited institution 
• Completion of Anesthesiology Residency 
• Board Eligible or Board Certified  
• Current medical licensure 
• ECFMG/FLEX (if applicable)
