THE ROLE
Run the bar. Set the tone.
At Tropezon, the bar isn’t just a station — it’s the heartbeat of the room. You control the energy. You turn first-time guests into regulars and regulars into fans. You know when to keep it moving and when to slow it down for the perfect moment.
We’re looking for someone fast, confident, and dialed in — with personality behind the bar and precision in every pour.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Your bar, your rules (almost).
- Craft cocktails with consistency, speed, and attention to detail
- Control the flow of the bar — service well + guests in front of you
- Engage guests naturally — read the room and match the energy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times
- Handle high-volume shifts without losing quality or composure
- Communicate with servers and management to keep service smooth
- Know your product — spirits, wine, beer, and everything in between
- Close strong — clean breakdown, prep, and set the next shift up right
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
A bartender’s bartender.
- Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and proper technique
- Speed + efficiency without cutting corners
- Personality behind the bar — confident, engaging, and professional
- Ability to multitask under pressure and stay composed during a rush
- Detail-oriented — from specs to cleanliness to guest experience
- Flexible availability — nights, weekends, and holidays
- Team player mindset — no egos, just good service
