JB062 - Full-Time Housekeeper - Miami Beach, FL

Overview

A lovely family in Miami, FL is seeking a polished, educated, and professional housekeeper to join their fully staffed household, starting as soon as possible. This is a well established home with additional staff in place, so the role does not include cooking. The family is looking for someone who is polished, well rounded, able to read a room, and comfortable phasing in and out as needed when principals are present. You must already be located in South Florida.

The schedule is approximately 9 or 10am to 6 or 7pm based on events as needed, rotating with a second housekeeper on the team, with both team members working in tandem 1 day per week. The role covers 3 to 4 other days per week in addition to the one shared working day. The household is seeking a candidate available to start as soon as possible, though the family’s priority is finding the right long term fit rather than filling the role quickly.

The family requires bilingual or at least conversational English for this role. Driving is not required, however punctuality is essential and non negotiable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standard of cleanliness and organization throughout the household

• Prepare and support the home for events as needed

• Phase in and out of principal areas appropriately based on family presence

• Coordinate and communicate effectively with the estate manager and household team

• Maintain discretion, professionalism, and polish at all times

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a rotating schedule

• Comfortable working as part of a fully staffed household team supporting

• Bilingual or conversational English required

• Available to start as soon as possible
