Position Overview
Emprime Solutions is seeking polished, dependable, and service-oriented concierge professionals to support luxury multifamily residential communities throughout the Miami area.
The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional, welcoming, and organized front desk environment. This position requires strong communication skills, sound judgment, attention to detail, and a commitment to creating a positive resident experience.
Responsibilities
- Professionally greet residents, guests, vendors, and prospective residents
- Provide front desk assistance and resident support
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and resident inquiries
- Register visitors and assist with guest access
- Receive, log, organize, and distribute packages
- Monitor the lobby, security cameras, and access-control systems
- Maintain accurate incident reports, shift notes, and daily activity logs
- Conduct property and amenity-area walks as required
- Communicate important information during shift changes
- Assist residents with amenity reservations and general requests
- Respond professionally to resident concerns and escalate issues when appropriate
- Follow property policies, emergency procedures, and confidentiality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment
Qualifications
- Previous concierge, hospitality, front desk, customer service, or luxury residential experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and customer-service etiquette
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
- Comfortable using computers, email, package-management systems, and access-control software
- Experience with BuildingLink or similar property technology is a plus
- Reliable transportation
- Availability to work assigned weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on property needs
- Bilingual English and Spanish preferred but not required

- Competitive pay of $16.00–$18.00 per hour
