About the Role

As a Residence Experience Specialist, you will oversee the guest journey from arrival through departure while ensuring every residence is presented to the highest standard.

You will combine hospitality, quality assurance, and operational excellence to create memorable experiences for our guests and owners.

Key Responsibilities

* Welcome and personally check guests into luxury private residences.

* Conduct engaging residence orientations and introduce guests to the home’s features and amenities.

* Perform comprehensive pre-arrival and post-departure quality inspections.

* Ensure every residence meets LRMB’s luxury presentation standards before guest arrival.

* Troubleshoot minor operational issues independently and coordinate with internal teams or vendors when needed.

* Respond professionally and efficiently to guest requests throughout their stay.

* Document inspections, photographs, and service updates using company technology platforms.

* Identify opportunities to elevate the guest experience through thoughtful recommendations and personalized service.

* Represent LRMB with professionalism, discretion, and exceptional attention to detail at all times.

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in luxury hospitality, luxury hotels, private residences, high-end property management, concierge, or guest services.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

* Professional appearance and polished presentation.

* Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

* Comfortable using mobile technology and digital applications.

* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

* Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as business demands.
