Retail Stock Associates are essential to the operational success of our stores. This role is responsible for maintaining an organized and accurate inventory, supporting in-store operations, and ensuring efficient fulfillment of online orders. You’ll work closely with the retail and operations teams to ensure that our back-of-house runs seamlessly, ultimately helping us deliver an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities include:

Maintain an organized, accurate, and clean store inventory system
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure products are accessible for clients
Fulfill online orders efficiently and accurately, upholding brand standards
Coordinate and manage timely inventory transfers between retail locations
Receive, process, and backstock restocks promptly upon arrival
Prepare merchandise with correct pricing, tags, and appropriate packaging
Proactively identify, address, and resolve any inventory discrepancies
Promote an inclusive, respectful workplace culture that celebrates team diversity and fosters a sense of belonging
Maintain clear, timely, and professional communication with your SM
Collaborate and communicate effectively with the Inventory Operations Manager and Customer Service team as needed

Who you are:

1–2 years of retail or stockroom experience required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable using technology and inventory management platforms
Able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours and lift boxes up to 50 lbs
Preferred availability: Monday–Friday (9 AM – 5 PM EST)
