Accounts Payable Clerk

Daily Accounts Payable Clerk Responsibilities:

• To ensure accurate, efficient and timely filing as well as other clerical duties, as assigned
• Maintains a high degree of customer satisfaction (customers include: patients, physicians, radiologists, departments, guests, co-workers)
• Handles telephone calls and processes requests accurately and effectively.

Bilingual Accounts Payable Clerk Requirements:

• 1 year Clerical/administrative experience with some exposure accounts payable/invoicing
• Basic computer knowledge, to include knowledge of MS Office Tools and Internet
• Ability to operate office equipment

Hours for this Accounts Payable Clerk Admin:
Shift: Mon - Fri any hours between 8A-4:30P (8 hour shifts/ 40 hours a week)
