REQUIREMENTS
ā¢Ā Minimum of 3 years of sales experience inĀ luxuryĀ retail industry; beauty experience a plus
ā¢Ā Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results
ā¢Ā Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint,Ā Outlook;
ā¢Ā Industry awareness and strong businessĀ acumen;
ā¢Ā Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizationalĀ skills;
ā¢Ā Passion forĀ the BeautyĀ and FragranceĀ Industry;
ā¢Ā Flexibility to work a retail schedule which will include evenings, weekends and holidays.Ā

The salary offered will be determined based on candidatesā relevant skills, experience, and geographic region. We leverage salary transparency in every market for a seamless candidate experience. In addition to base salary, the total compensation package for this position may include bonus potential, competitive benefits, and other perks.
Hourly Rate: $23 - $24
