What You'll Do
- Prepare fresh ingredients according to company recipes and standards.
- Wash, cut, portion, and organize ingredients for daily service.
- Follow recipes accurately and maintain consistency.
- Keep your workstation clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Help maintain food quality, freshness, and proper storage procedures.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist the kitchen team wherever needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
What We're Looking For
- Previous Prep Cook or Kitchen Prep experience is required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions precisely.
- Positive attitude and willingness to help others.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to stay focused during busy shifts.
- Team player with a strong work ethic.
- Open availability for morning shifts, with flexibility to work some evening shifts.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
