Job Description:

Job Summary:
The Closing Coordinator is responsible for efficiently managing all aspects of the real estate closing process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of transactions. This role acts as a central point of contact for all parties involved, facilitating a smooth and positive experience.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Coordinate and track all closing activities from contract execution to post-closing follow-up.
* Communicate regularly with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, title companies, and attorneys to ensure all necessary documentation and information are exchanged promptly.
* Review purchase agreements, title commitments, and other closing documents for accuracy and completeness.
* Schedule and confirm closing appointments, ensuring all parties are aware of the time, date, and location.
* Facilitate the resolution of any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the closing process.
* Maintain accurate and organized digital and physical files for all transactions.
* Adhere to all applicable real estate laws, regulations, and company policies.
* Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders.

Job Qualifications:
* Strong understanding of real estate closing procedures, terminology, and legal documentation.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and real estate specific software.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
