Position Summary:

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Cloud & Oracle Architect to join our Cloud Services team and play a key role in supporting our continued growth plans. These plans aim to solidify our position as a leading global Services partner across AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

Cloud & Oracle Architects are expected to routinely act as the lead on large-scale, complex projects and provide mentoring to fellow consultants. They provide post-sales technical consultancy, undertake delivery and implementation engagements, as well as supporting pre-sales qualification and design. A typical Cloud & Oracle Architect will have five or more years of experience in a technical cloud consulting role, with proven expertise in delivering Oracle enterprise solutions or similar Cloud vendors alongside multi-cloud architectures.

What You’ll Do

Project Delivery & Technical Leadership

  • Lead assessment, architecture design, and implementation of Oracle and cloud-based solutions (OCI, Oracle Database, Fusion Applications, Exadata, multicloud integrations).
  • Analyze customer business and technical requirements and recommend scalable, secure architectures.
  • Deliver high-quality solutions aligned with vendor best practices and compliance standards.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout project lifecycles.
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation and ensure smooth transition to support teams.
  • Provide technical escalation support for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate customer workshops and present technical solution strategies.

Pre-Sales & Solution Development

  • Conduct discovery sessions and scoping workshops to define solution requirements.
  • Develop and review Statements of Work (SOWs) and solution architectures.
  • Support cloud sales teams with technical qualification and solution positioning.
  • Identify opportunities to expand service offerings and optimize Oracle/cloud investments.
  • Contribute to development of regional cloud service strategies and go-to-market initiatives.

Professional & Technical Development

  • Maintain current certifications across Oracle and leading cloud platforms.
  • Stay up to date on emerging Oracle technologies, cloud innovations, and multicloud integration strategies.
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the regional technical community.

What You Bring

Experience & Technical Expertise

  • 5+ years of experience in cloud consulting and solution architecture.
  • 3+ years delivering complex Oracle workloads (databases, ERP, middleware) and cloud migrations.
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Oracle Database migration and modernization (on-prem to OCI, Exadata Cloud Service, Autonomous Database)
    • Oracle Fusion Applications integration and customization
    • Hybrid and multicloud networking (OCI with AWS/Azure/VMware)
    • Licensing optimization (Oracle and AWS/Azure)
    • DevOps and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Oracle DevOps)
    • Monitoring and observability tools
    • Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, OKE, OpenShift)

Certifications & Education

  • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect Professional certification (or equivalent).
  • AWS or Azure Professional/Specialty certification preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Skills & Attributes

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and verbal) — required.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven leadership in complex enterprise environments.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to influence, mentor, and collaborate across cross-functional teams.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $97,300.00 - $165,400.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
