IT Project Business Analyst

Hire Digital is looking for a IT Project Business Analyst to support the successful execution of multiple IT initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in delivery-focused environments, ensuring that requirements are clearly defined, stakeholders are aligned, and projects move efficiently from concept to implementation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support end-to-end IT project delivery, from scoping through to implementation
• Lead requirement gathering and ensure clarity, completeness, and alignment
• Facilitate collaboration across business, product, and technical teams
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and delivery plans
• Track requirement progress and support project governance and documentation
• Contribute to testing and ensure solutions meet business expectations

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience as a Business Analyst within IT project delivery environments
• Strong understanding of project lifecycles (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Proven stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
