Job DetailsJob Location: Main Location - Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160Position Type: Full-Time/Part-TimeJob Category: Real EstateScope of Position The Spa Concierge is responsible for the overall operation of the spa reception area and telephones. He/she will provide efficient and courteous check in service to residents and guests. The Concierge is responsible for spa appointment booking and handling payments.     Position Requirements Professional demeanor appropriate for a luxury environment. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Spa industry luxury hotel, club, or condominium environment. Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel. Safety Oriented First Aid and CPR certification, a plus. Outstanding residents’ services skills, professional presentation and sophisticated communication skills. Handle a multitude of tasks in a fast pace environment.   Responsibilities Schedule services for residents and ensure prompt response to their calls. Greet residents and guests in a friendly and efficient manner. Check in residents for appointments, confirm first and last name, and provide general spa orientation upon arrival. Answer questions about available services, general property information, and amenities. Answer telephone inquiries promptly and professionally and channel them appropriately. Check in residents and guests. Inform management of last-minute changes and resolve scheduling issues. Record resident preferences and needs by entering information into computer. Promote and sell spa and salon services. Collect payment for services from residents and guests. Any additional tasks assigned by management.   Education High school diploma; a 2-year degree from accredited college preferred.   Skills and Abilities Ability to communicate in the English language. Multilingual is a plus.  Ability to work flexible schedules including holidays and weekends and able to perform multiple tasks.  Experience using computers and software programs such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).   Physical Requirements Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be physically fit in order to lift, pull and push items up to 50 pounds. Also requires standing/walking/reaching and bending throughout shift.
