Description:


Must be able to work independently in support of properties assigned with minimum direct supervision. Compiles, provides, and maintains information for assigned properties. Responsible for recording and reviewing all aspects of transactions related to assigned properties. The assigned portfolio ranges from 15-18 properties. Lease administration, assess annual rent increases, and miscellaneous charges, perform CAM reconciliation, revenue forecast, month-end closing, and accruals. Produce and analyze financial reports for the given portfolio. Estimated salary range for this position is $55137.29 - $71678.48 / year depending on experience.

Degrees:
  • Associates.
Additional Qualifications:
  • Proficient computer skills – MS Office programs.
  • Excellent telephone communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills that reflect a positive attitude and sense of system-wide commitment.
  • Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and through written communication.
  • Basic knowledge of system-wide corporate structure is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Real Estate and Property Management software systems preferred.
  • Must be able to handle all accounting phases.
  • Strong accounting background preferred.
