We’re looking for a detail-driven and reliable Accounting Assistant to support our daily financial operations.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with numbers, staying organized, and handling high-volume data with accuracy.

Responsibilities:
- Process invoices, payments, and basic accounting tasks using QuickBooks
- Perform high-volume data entry with strong accuracy
- Support administrative and financial workflows
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records
- Assist the team with day-to-day operational tasks
Important: This is an on-site role in Miami, FL. Applicants must be local and available to work in person. We do not provide relocation assistance.
Requirements
- Bilingual: English & Spanish (professional level required)
- Experience with QuickBooks (invoicing, payments, basic accounting)
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Experience handling high-volume data entry
- Highly detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, accountable, and comfortable working independently
- Bonus: Experience with trucking compliance
