The Stantec Miami Fl office is seeking an experienced, highly motivated individual to provide organizational and administrative support to our team. The position will play a key role by providing support to the local management team, assisting with all office operations.Â
Your Key Responsibilities
- General clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing, maintain supplies and UPS/FEDEX.
- Phone system several incoming lines
- Greeting clients and vendors
- Supporting conformance with company policies, procedures and ISO-certified Integrated Management System
- Prepare documents in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, OneNote, and other programs
- Prepare, edit, and format documents including correspondence, reports, proposals, drafts, memos, office address book and emails
- Processes expense reports, invoices and orders
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, internal and external events and travel arrangements.
- Creating attractive graphics, maps and figures to include proposals, technical reports, meeting notes and presentations
- Handle administrative requests and queries from leadership, project managers and engineers.
