Description:
The MCI Business Office Training Developer and Educator is responsible for the planning, designing, tracking, and training of all MCI non-clinical education programs. Conduct MCI specific training sessions for all newly hired onsite employees after successfully completing the Education and Quality Assurance (EQA) training and hold virtual trainings for any employee hired as remote status. Standardization of training for all seasonal staff for their department. Continued education of general healthcare process for all non-clinical areas. Assist with the updating of all training materials (manuals, examinations, presentations, etc.) utilized throughout all MCI Patient Access, Revenue Cycle, and all call center functions. Estimated pay range for this position is $21.88 - $27.79 / hour depending on experience.
Qualifications:
Degrees:
- Bachelors.
- Demonstrate knowledge and application of all areas pertaining to the MCI patient access, Revenue Cycle, and call center policies and practices.
- Demonstrate skills designing assessments and simulations.
- Demonstrate knowledge of learning theory, instructional strategies, curriculum standards and assessments.
- Extensive experience and knowledge of PC applications including Office 365, Microsoft Office - MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, etc.
- Experience in Articulate 360 or other e-learning authoring or development software,preferred.
- Working knowledge of audio and video editing software.
- Graphics/photo editing skills.
- Experience using and/or managing content in a learning management system preferred.
- Highly organized and able to effectively maintain multiple initiatives while driving sustainable operational changes.
- Demonstrate flexibility to perform other tasks as needed in an active work environment with changing work needs.
- Strong time management skills, managing multiple priorities and a heavy workload in a high-stress atmosphere.
- Self-motivation with an ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- CPLP-ATD Certified Professional in Learning and Performance certification preferred.
