Job Summary As a Center Manager, you will oversee all aspects of daily operations at our European Wax Center location. You’ll be responsible for team leadership, sales performance, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists Drive center performance through sales goals, membership growth, and guest retention Oversee scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care Learn and develop a deep understanding of KPI’s and speak to financial acumen Qualifications 2+ years of experience in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership (or equivalent educational background) Strong sales background preferred Proven ability to lead and motivate a team Established history of managing multiple direct reports Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Sales-driven with a focus on customer service excellence Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends Growth mindset is key! QualificationsKNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:   Understands the business of Revealing Beautiful Skin and is able to utilize Key Performance  Indicators to drive positive business performance. Places the guest first. Coaches Associates to connect with our guests. Builds brand loyalty and  establishes a loyal guest base through their behavior, product presentation and service. Is self-motivated and a go getter. Is accountable, punctual, organized, and reflects the  Brand. Ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal interactions. Ability to learn and operate a POS system.
