We are seeking an experienced and driven Dealership Service Valet Attendant to lead daily operations within our vehicle reconditioning (Recon) department in Miami Gardens, FL. This role is vital to maintaining high service standards, supporting team development, and ensuring operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and business-minded—with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving team success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operational Leadership
  • Oversee day-to-day workflow in detailing and recon operations
  • Prioritize tasks to ensure timely service completion and client satisfaction
  • Enforce safety protocols, company policies, and compliance standards
  • Maintain high-quality standards through regular inspections and coaching
Team & Performance Management
  • Supervise detail team members and hold them accountable for performance
  • Drive productivity while promoting continuous improvement and development
  • Manage labor costs and payroll to support departmental profitability
  • Provide mentorship, training, and recognition to support employee growth
Client & Communication Management
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and dealership clients
  • Promote strong client relationships through professional communication and service
  • Navigate scheduling platforms and reporting tools to manage workflow
  • Provide timely updates and resolve issues proactively
Facility & Financial Oversight
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-equipped facility
  • Manage inventory and control chemical and supply ordering
  • Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability in alignment with goals
  • Participate in meetings, training, and company-wide communication channels
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 3+ years of experience in automotive, detailing, or service department management
  • Proven ability to lead teams in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Technologically proficient with scheduling or payroll platforms
  • Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and “lead by example”
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant degree or certifications preferred
