This role is in the Lab Product Division and will be performed at our Miami, OK location. Â

How You Will Make an Impact:Â
The Manufacturing/Production Associate supports environmental production operations by performing routine tasks associated with capping, washing, drying, and packaging processes. This role ensures adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), maintains accurate documentation, and contributes to product quality and operational efficiency.Â
A Day in the Life: Â
 Operate and monitor equipment including cappers, washers, and dryers in accordance with established proceduresÂ
 Perform basic equipment operations and ensure proper functionality during production runsÂ
 Complete and maintain required documentation and paperwork for environmental processes and proceduresÂ
 Execute packaging activities, including material handling and product preparationÂ
 Pull samples and manage archives for product sampling and quality trackingÂ
 Perform tasks as directed by supervisors and follow all assigned work instructionsÂ
 Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instruction Outlines (WOIs)Â
 Recognize and respond appropriately to process events or deviationsÂ
 Support operational KPIs by maintaining productivity, quality, and efficiency standardsÂ

Education:Â
High School Diploma or equivalent requiredÂ
Â
Experience:Â Â
No experience is required
Minimum 6 months of experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferredÂ
Willingness to learn new methodologies and processesÂ
Â
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:Â
 Ability to read, understand, and retain SOPs and work instructionsÂ
 Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accuratelyÂ
 Effective time management skills and ability to meet production timelinesÂ
