We're looking for an experienced residential cleaning professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional service and is ready to grow into a leadership role.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys cleaning but also wants to help train new team members, maintain quality standards, and support daily operations. You'll spend most of your time cleaning homes (70% to 80%) while gradually taking on additional leadership responsibilities as our company grows.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional residential cleaning services.
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
- Train and support new cleaning professionals.
- Perform quality inspections and help maintain high standards.
- Assist with scheduling, recruiting, and onboarding.
- Support local marketing initiatives and represent the company professionally.
Qualifications
- Previous residential cleaning experience required.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable, organized, and self-motivated.
- Positive attitude with leadership potential.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
