If you are a highly qualified individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, please review the following:   Position Overview: Waterfleet is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian to maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and operational readiness of company equipment and work areas. This position is responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, and inspecting Waterfleet equipment onsite while following company safety standards and procedures. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards and works effectively in a fast-paced industrial environment.   Responsibilities: Clean, wash, sanitize, and detail Waterfleet equipment according to established procedures. Remove dirt, debris, grease, and contaminants from equipment surfaces and components. Perform routine inspections to identify damage, wear, or maintenance concerns and report findings to supervisors. Maintain cleanliness of work areas, wash bays, storage areas, and surrounding facilities. Operate pressure washers, cleaning equipment, and related tools safely and effectively. Follow all company safety policies, PPE requirements, and environmental regulations. Replenish cleaning supplies and notify management when inventory is low. Complete required cleaning logs, checklists, and documentation. Assist with equipment preparation for customer deliveries and operational deployment. Support other facility and housekeeping duties as assigned. Other duties as assigned   Requirements: High School Grad; or GED Valid US driver’s license and strong driving safety record (no more than 2 moving violations in previous 3 years). Acceptable background check, clear of DWI convictions, for the last 5 years. Foster teamwork and collaboration within and between department(s) Ability to work 12-hour shifts in indoor and outdoor environments. Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Ability to work around industrial equipment, cleaning chemicals, and varying weather conditions. Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).   Qualifications: Previous industrial, equipment, fleet, or commercial cleaning experience preferred. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
