Job Summary We are looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to assist with a variety of maintenance, cleaning, and organizational tasks throughout our facility. This is a hands-on position that requires someone who is physically fit, enjoys staying active, and is willing to help wherever needed. Responsibilities Organize storage rooms and work areas. Move boxes, furniture, and equipment. Create and maintain an inventory of stored items. Remove bulk trash and unwanted materials. Clean interior and exterior windows. Wash company and owner vehicles on an as-needed basis. Assist with general cleaning and maintenance projects. Complete other duties and special projects assigned by the supervisor and owners. QualificationsQualifications Able to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day. Reliable, trustworthy, punctual, and dependable. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Valid driver's license preferred, but not required. Previous maintenance, warehouse, or general labor experience is helpful but not required. Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn new software. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including: Excel, Word, & Outlook Ability to enter and maintain accurate inventory records. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to take clear photographs and upload them to inventory records. Ability to keep inventory locations organized and accurately labeled. Ability to follow established inventory procedures and maintain data accuracy. Good written and verbal communication skills.
