WHAT WILL YOU DO AS AN EXECUTIVE SUSHI CHEF?

This is a full-time position with shifts varying within business hours, including M–F schedules, 7 am–4 pm, 8 am–5 pm, or 9 am–5 pm, as well as evenings, nights, and weekends as needed.

In this role, you'll partner closely with the Executive Chef during the pre-opening phase, working as a contract team member to design and refine a standout sushi menu that reflects both tradition and innovation. Your days will blend creativity and execution, testing dishes, perfecting techniques, sourcing quality ingredients, and setting the standard for excellence. As opening approaches, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the sushi program is launch-ready, contributing to a seamless transition into full operations where your influence continues to shape the dining experience.
