TelevisaUnivision is looking for a HR Project Manager to join our team.

ABOUT YOU:

You are a highly organized and strategic project manager who thrives on bringing structure, visibility, and accountability to complex HR initiatives. You excel at managing multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities, and partnering with stakeholders across Human Resources, Technology, Finance, and the business to deliver meaningful outcomes.

You have a passion for continuous improvement and enjoy building governance, creating transparency, and helping leaders make informed prioritization decisions. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of transforming ideas into well-executed projects while ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and available capacity.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY: (aka Responsibilities)

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Establish and continuously enhance the HR Project Management Office (PMO) framework, governance, and project delivery methodology, including standardized processes for project intake, prioritization, planning, execution, implementation, and post-launch support.

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Coordinate and administer the HR Portfolio Management process, including project intake, prioritization, roadmap management, governance, status reporting, and executive communications.

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Partner with HR Centers of Excellence, HR Business Partners, IT, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and business stakeholders to define project scope, business requirements, timelines, dependencies, and success measures.

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Facilitate portfolio governance meetings, maintain project documentation, and provide regular updates on project health, risks, issues, milestones, and resource capacity.

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks and dependencies, and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery.

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Develop and maintain portfolio dashboards, project metrics, and executive reporting that provide visibility into delivery status, resource utilization, business value, and strategic alignment.

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Support business case development by evaluating project requests for business impact, effort, complexity, risk, regulatory requirements, and organizational readiness.

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Drive continuous improvement of HR project management methodologies, governance frameworks, templates, and operational processes.

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Coordinate testing, change management, communications, training, and deployment activities as needed to support successful project implementation.

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Foster strong relationships across HR and business functions, ensuring collaboration, accountability, and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

YOU HAVE: (aka Qualifications)

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience in project management, preferably supporting Human Resources, HRIS, People Operations, or enterprise transformation initiatives.

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience managing multiple cross-functional projects within a structured project management or portfolio management environment.

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches.

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Demonstrated experience facilitating governance, prioritization, risk management, stakeholder communications, and executive reporting.

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess business needs and recommend practical solutions.

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience working with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker is preferred.

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience supporting HR technology implementations (such as Workday or other HCM platforms) is strongly preferred.

聽聽聽聽聽聽 PMP, CAPM, Agile, or similar project management certification is a plus.

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Bilingual English and Spanish skills are preferred.
