Job DetailsJob Location: Dixie Plywood & Lumber Co. of Miami - Miami, FL 33147Position Type: Full TimeJob Shift: DayJob Category: Sales Contribute to overall gross profit goals of the branch by generating sales through telemarketing efforts and supporting the outside sales function Ensure the diversity and availability of all product lines by evaluating sales trends and inventory levels, in turn, ordering products as needed to maintain branch stock requirements Assist with the development and execution of an intelligent and profitable pricing structure for the branch Arrange for the treatment and/or rework of all products needed to meet customer special order requirements Facilitate the direct shipment of non-stick or bulk sales orders from the manufacturers to customers requesting this special service Control the administrative affairs of the branch by ensuring the accuracy of the billing documents, validating the quantity, size and grade of product receipts, verifying the accuracy of truckloads scheduled for customer delivery, assisting with general credit function of the branch and performing any other administrative duties assigned by the Branch Manager Responsible for direct sales activity associated with customer will-calls Promote a high standard of relations and goodwill by personal and telephone contact with all customers Perform any other duties as required by the Branch Manager or Sales Manager, if applicable Qualifications Excellent customer service skills Proactive telemarketer Attention to details Computer proficiency Industrial sales experience Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
