Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Miami, FL. The is a hybrid role that requires at least three days a week in the office.

This role assists with quoting, binding, and servicing new and renewal accounts; responds to client requests and coordinates with internal teams and brokers; supports production of placement slips, cover notes, policies, and premium collection; maintains client relationships; trains new employees and monitors workflow; and may analyze bond forms, indemnity agreements, and financial statements as needed.

We will count on you to:

  • Performs tasks related to quoting, binding, and servicing new and renewal accounts to support client service.

  • Responds to client requests for information, coordinates with internal departments as needed, and clears items with the Broker.

  • Keeps senior Brokers and Supervisors informed of issues, progress, and updates as needed.

  • Assists with the timely production of placement slips, cover notes, and policies, as well as premium tracking and collection.

  • Maintains business relationships and supports management by identifying client needs and assisting with new product development.

  • Trains new employees, monitors workflow, and may analyze bond forms, indemnity agreements, banking terms, and financial statements.

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.

  • Flexibility to travel for 1–2 days, 3–4 times per year.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and colleagues.
