*This is an onsite role based out of our office in Doral, FL. This is not a hybrid or remote position.

POSITION SUMMARY 

The Marketing Coordinator supports the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across both traditional and digital media channels for Loud And Live and its divisions. This role assists with campaign coordination, media execution, digital initiatives, reporting, billing, and partner deliverables while working closely with internal teams across Agency, Entertainment and Live Events, media partners, and vendors. 

ESSENTIAL AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY 

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across TV, Radio, Print, OOH, digital, social media, email, and SMS.
  • Assist with campaign timelines, trafficking creative assets, and tracking media deliverables across traditional and digital channels for media partners.
  • Support traditional and OOH media buying activities and promotional initiatives, including on-air promotions, giveaways, branded integrations and OOH campaigns.
  • Research digital, social, and media trends to support campaign planning and optimization.
  • Assist with paid and organic digital (and social media campaigns if needed), including content, copy, email, and SMS initiatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting, analytics, and development of actionable insights across our division campaigns.
  • Create and update marketing decks, campaign reports, and recap materials.
  • Coordinate with media partners, vendors, and internal teams to ensure campaign assets and deliverables are executed accurately and on time.
  • Partner with Finance to manage media billing, vendor payments, reconciliations, and budget documentation.
  • Monitor project status and deadlines through the company’s project management platform.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support marketing and media campaigns.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS 

Education/Certification/Experience: 

    • Bachelor’s degree or work equivalent combination in marketing, communications, business administration and/or a related discipline. 
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot original branding opportunities. 
    • Requires a minimum of 3 years of successful Marketing experience. 
    • Media background is preferred.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities: 

    • Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred but not required.
    • Good interpersonal skills, along with the ability to collaborate across entire organization. 
    • Passionate individual willing to immerse him/herself in their work. 
    • Self-motivated with strong organizational, management and time management skills with the ability to effectively set priorities. 
    • Track record of building and maintaining client and vendor relationships. 
    • Excellent communication skills: oral, written, listening and presentation. 
    • Strong operational capabilities. 
    • Ability to complete multiple duties with accuracy shifting from one to another with frequent interruptions and competing deadlines
    • Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and web-browsers.

    • Must show initiative and possess the ability to make decisions and solve problems quickly and effectively

Constant:

  • When at the office; incumbent will be mostly sitting down in front of a computer.

  • Able to complete multiple duties with accuracy while shifting from one to another with frequent interruptions and competing deadlines. 
  • Fast paced environment with peaks of intensity and increase in workloads.
