Position Purpose:聽
Property Maintenance Temp. performs lawn care, landscape, maintenance, and other assigned projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Mow lawns with riding 聽聽聽聽聽lawnmowers or manual mowers.
- Trim weeds and bushes and edge 聽聽聽聽聽lawns using a variety of machines.
- Perform landscaping projects.
路 Perform routine maintenance duties.
- Prune trees and shrubs.
- General Property maintenance.
路 Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
路 High School Diploma or equivalent preferred or students currently in high school.聽
路 Previous experience in property maintenance preferred.
Conditions of Employment:
The Peoria Tribe of Indians of Oklahoma operates a drug-free workplace.

Requirements
聽聽
Position involves prolonged sitting, stooping, standing, bending, lifting, or carrying over 50 pounds on a daily basis. Work is generally performed outdoors in all weather conditions and temperatures.
